Terms and Conditions
1. This site is primarily an online catalogue for the product range designed by Satindrew Ltd. We can place orders by downloading the order sheet from the website, printing it filling it in and faxing or posting it. You can also contact us by email or telephone.
2. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
3. Delivery charges of £14.00 apply to all orders under £150 ex. VAT for mainland UK. Other areas including overseas, will be sent by way of a weight/size calculation.
4. Delivery will normally be made within 2 weeks from date of ordering if not earlier.
5. In the unlikely event of the items being damaged during postage, please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please send item back and a full refund or replacement of item will be implemented.
6. Any inquiry or concerns about items or service provided by Satindrew would be welcome as customer satisfaction is of our utmost concern.
